Inside The Don Who Was Allergic to Omegas—Except Me
Reno is an Omega at the bottom of New York's Lower East Side, surviving on black-market suppressants and passing as a Beta in his adoptive mother's underground bar. Ten months ago, he ran into Dante, the young Don of the Moretti family, who had been drugged. After one night, Reno fled back to the slums with a solid gold wolf-head signet ring. Ten months later, he gave birth to his son Angelo alone. When a loan shark came to collect, Reno gave up his baby at that gate to save his life. The baby refuses every nurse, feeding only from his birth parent, and the Morettis post a ten-million-dollar reward across the city. Reno answers the call and becomes the little heir's nursing carer. And the Don, famous for throwing up at any Omega's touch, finds that this one man is the only exception. Two people worlds apart—one hiding a secret with everything he has, the other searching the whole city for the one from that night. Neither knows the answer is right in front of them.
